The 4.5 room flat on the ground floor with a large terrace fulfils your wishes for a holiday stay in a modern furnished holiday flat with spacious and bright rooms. The open fire creates a stylish ambience. The spacious grounds provide plenty of room to move around and open out into the countryside - so that you can enjoy spending time at home.

There is free WLAN Internet access in the flat. Two bedrooms with double beds and one single room with wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Well-equipped kitchen (fridge with large freezer compartment), oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Two bathrooms with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Separate guest WC. Entire flat with parquet flooring (individually adjustable underfloor heating). Family-friendly. Use of 2 underground parking spaces and an outdoor parking space is included in the rent.

Other sports and leisure facilities: Nordic walking park with three signposted Nordic walking trails.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Writers like Nietzsche, artists like Beuys and musicians like David Bowie were inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and contributed to the fact that Sils is now considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. Idyllically nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh, while those who want to go higher up will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. Sils is also the perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestle snugly against the local mountain of Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.

Conditions d'annulation

Conditions d'annulation qui s'appliquent pour cette location de vacances. Des frais seront retenus en fonction du délai entre la date d’annulation et le début du séjour (date d'arrivée prévue) selon le barème ci-dessous :

Plus de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée : Annulation gratuite (Remboursement de l'acompte).
Entre 59 et 29 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 50 % du prix du séjour.
Entre 28 et 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 80 % du prix du séjour.
Dans les 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 100 % du prix du séjour.

Le prix total de la réservation est facturé si l’annulation est notifiée plus tard que le 2ème jour avant le début du séjour ou de non-présentation.

Dans tous les cas, l’annulation devra être d’abord communiquée par téléphone et confirmée ensuite par écrit (courrier ou email).
