Winter activities: In winter, you can enjoy direct access to the cross-country ski trail right outside the door and the best connection to the ski area thanks to the immediate proximity to the Fadail-Pedra Grossa valley station (3 min walk). The children's ski school with the Kinderland Aurara is practically on the doorstep, so that even the little guests get their money's worth. Additionally, the apartment is next to the enchanting Eichhörnliwald forest, where the magical Zauberwald Lenzerheide event takes place in winter. Summer activities: In summer, Heidsee offers numerous leisure activities: Hiking, biking, fishing, windsurfing, paddle boating and stand-up paddling. For families, there are barbecue and playground areas right by the lake. The apartment is situated in the middle of a nature reserve, providing a relaxing and natural environment. The sports bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and the post bus stop to Chur or St. Moritz is only 50 metres away, offering excellent connections to the surrounding cities.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with two children or teenagers. It features a sofa bed that quickly transforms into a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) with a 22 cm thick mattress. Additionally, there is a bunk bed, which is also suitable for adults. The apartment includes an open kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. Guests have access to the basement for storing luggage. The basement also contains foldable camping chairs for both adults and children, as well as sun loungers for the lake. An additional refrigerator is also available in the basement. In the apartment, there is a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.

Le prix total de la réservation est facturé si l’annulation est notifiée plus tard que le 2ème jour avant le début du séjour ou de non-présentation.
Dans tous les cas, l’annulation devra être d’abord communiquée par téléphone et confirmée ensuite par écrit (courrier ou email).
Les annulations SANS FRAIS (hors frais de dossier et assurance) sont uniquement possibles si vous souscrivez à l'assurance annulation gratuite, qui vous permet d'être couverts en cas de maladie grave, hospitalisation, décès... à condition de fournir un justificatif.
