Cette villa de 120 m² offre le confort nécessaire pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle dispose de 4 chambres avec salles de bain privées, d'une cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée (vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, four, congélateur) et d'un salon avec télévision.
Le jardin clôturé et la terrasse de 60 m² constituent des espaces de détente agréables, complétés par un barbecue. La piscine privée (7x4 m, profondeur 1,1 à 1,8 m) fonctionne d'avril à novembre. Le chauffage par pompe à chaleur et la climatisation assurent votre confort toute l'année.
Bien située à proximité des commerces (450 m), du transport (300 m de l'arrêt TIB Bus), d'un restaurant (200 m) et surtout à 400 m de la plage de Sant Pere, la villa permet une accès facile à la mer et aux services. Wifi, parking extérieur et équipements pratiques (lave-linge, fer à repasser, coffre-fort) complètent l'offre.
Ian le 20/07/2026Good, but not quite perfect : (+) : Great location less than 5 minutes walk from beaches, shop, restaurants. Very nice pool. Nice dining area. Kitchen well equipped.
(-) : We didn't well. Due to the single air conditioning it is necessary to with all the bedroom doors open. Also, the interior doors are noisy.

(-) : Lo único que echamos en falta es una bañera de plástico para bebé, o un barreño que pudiera suplantarla. Al tener ducha todos los baños y no bañera, se hizo bastante imprescindible.
Janneke le 01/08/2021A great holiday with a great place to stay : (+) : The service was excellent. The villa is very close to a beautiful beach and within walking distance of Alcúdia. The house was clean and all services were provided. We were allowed to use all the facitities that were in the house, such as the swimming pool, the floats for the swimming pool and towels for the beach.
(-) : Nothing! We had a great stay!
Patrick le 14/06/2018Quiet house close to the beach : (+) : Wondeful house well located, the outdoor area was perfect, with a big terrace, sunbeds and a big pool. The kids just playing the table tennis while on the back terrace you can enjoy a quiet space with shadow. The house have evething youu need, kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds, the BBQ is perfect too. for our son of 2 yeras old was perfect to find some toys for the pool and a big unicorn to play to. We enjoyed all the time on the terrace, and on the two small beaches close to the house , especially Sant Joan, sandy beach with an small bar. We hope to come back next year.:)

Anselm le 12/04/2018Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft! : (+) : Sehr schön gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien und Paare. Ein Mietwagen ist ein absolutes Muss! Räumlichkeiten gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, alles entspricht den Angaben des Anbieters. Kontakt mit Joan vor Ort super freundlich, flexibel und schnell. Konnten auch beim Check-Out problemlos ein paar Stunden länger bleiben. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft! Perfekter Aufenthalt!
