Cette villa moderne de 277 m² offre tout le confort nécessaire pour 8 personnes réparties dans 4 chambres. La propriété bénéficie de vues sur la montagne et le jardin, agrémentée d'un espace extérieur arboré avec terrasse et mobilier de jardin. La piscine privée chauffée (8x4 m, profondeur 1,3-1,8 m) fonctionne de mars à novembre.
La cuisine indépendante est bien équipée : vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain et ustensiles complets. La villa dispose également d'une connexion wifi, climatisation et chauffage par pompe à chaleur, lave-linge, fer à repasser et sèche-cheveux. Un barbecue permet de profiter pleinement de l'espace extérieur.
Située dans une zone familiale entourée de boisements, la villa est à 1 km du restaurant Can Segue et 4 km de la plage de sable. Le parc aquatique Hidropark se trouve à 7 km, tandis que le centre-ville et le parc naturel S'albufera sont respectivement à 6 km et 10 km.
Mathias D. le 04/10/2025Active holidays and group fun : (+) : We had a wonderful few days at Villa Es Garrover with a group of friends, and it was a memorable experience. The house is large, well equipped and has more than enough space for everyone. Every day we organised a different plan: mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring the nearby walks and relaxed evenings in the garden. The pool table was an added bonus for the evenings. All this, combined with the villa's great location close to Alcúdia and several spectacular beaches made our holiday truly special and highly recommendable.

Angel le 18/08/2025Estancia perfecta en Villa Es Garrover : (+) : Pasamos unos días increíbles en Villa Es Garrover del 15 al 19 de julio. Éramos 7 adultos y un niño, y la casa fue perfecta: amplia, cómoda y rodeada de naturaleza.
Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina privada, los jardines con olivos y las noches con mesa de billar. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de Alcudia y de playas espectaculares.
¡Totalmente recomendable para grupos grandes que buscan tranquilidad y confort!
Andreas le 18/08/2025Aufenthalt in der Villa Garrover : (+) : Wir waren vom 11. bis 18. Mai in der Villa Garrover und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt ruhig im Grünen, ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet.
Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Garten mit Olivenbäumen, die private Poolanlage und die Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer, perfekt für entspannte Abende. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten von Alcúdia und den schönen Stränden entfernt.
Ein wunderbarer Ort die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

We came with the idea of resting and disconnecting from our usual routine, and the villa made it possible: spacious, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the private pool and the gardens with olive trees, where we spent quiet afternoons having a drink and chatting. The location was ideal for combining serenity with short trips to nearby beaches and the old town of Alcúdia.

Villaen ligger kun et par kilometer fra Alcudias gamleby, noe som var veldig praktisk for utflukter, samtidig som vi bodde fredelig og rolig.
Villaen var nylig oppusset og føltes veldig fresh. Kjøkkenet var lyst og innbydende, og stuen var et koselig sted å slappe av.
For oss som barnefamilie var den store hagen og svømmebassenget helt topp – barna elsket det! Vi hadde fin fjellutsikt, og den rolige beliggenheten ga oss den avslapningen vi trengte.
Vi kan absolutt anbefale Villa Es Garrover til andre barnefamilier som ønsker en fin ferieopplevelse på Mallorca!
Frank le 29/05/2025In ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Stadt. : (+) : Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive, was sehr wichtig ist. Mallorca Holiday Properties ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer für Sie da ist. Danke für alles!

Sabrina le 21/05/2025Our stay at Villa Aucanada Golf in March was simply fantastic. : (+) : This villa in Alcudia was perfect for our group, offering us space and privacy for all.
From the moment we arrived, comfort was the key. We greatly appreciated that both air conditioning and heating were included, which ensured an ideal temperature at all times, even though March can still have its cool days.
The villa has an amazing swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, which we enjoyed very much on sunny days. Although the pool is not the main focus in March, the setting and terrace are ideal for relaxing holidays. The internet access works perfectly.
And the location in Alcúdia is a plus, allowing you to explore the area easily.
Gerard E. le 16/05/2025Ideal for two families: great pool and billiards : (+) : Two families with children shared the villa and the stay was perfect. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table. The area is very quiet being close to the S'Albufera Natural Park, there were a few mosquitoes, but that's normal and wasn't a problem. Everything was clean, well maintained and the host communicated well.
