Maison mitoyenne de 170 m² pour 8 personnes, à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Piscine privée 6x3 m, jardin, terrasse et tous équipements (wifi, climatisation, barbecue).
Cette maison mitoyenne de 170 m² offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en famille. Elle s'articule autour de 4 chambres avec salles de bain privées et peut accueillir 8 personnes. La cuisine américaine équipée (vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière) ouvre sur les espaces de vie, tandis que la terrasse et le jardin avec mobilier invitent à la détente.
La piscine privée 6x3 m (profondeur 1,5 m) constitue le cœur de la propriété, agrémentée d'un jardin clôturé. Une table de ping-pong complète les loisirs sur place. Le barbecue permet de préparer des repas en plein air. À l'intérieur, climatisation, chauffage pompe à chaleur, cheminée et équipements standards (lave-linge, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux) facilitent le quotidien.

steve le 23/10/2025feeling right at home : (+) : We stayed at the Villa Fonte townhouse in Puerto Pollenca and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent: very close to the town centre, with shops, restaurants and the beach just a short walk away — ideal for getting around without needing a car.
The house had a cosy, family atmosphere, and there were quite a few British tourists staying in the village too, which gave us the feeling of being in a lively but relaxed environment with a good atmosphere, without losing any of the tranquillity.
Overall, the prime location and relaxed atmosphere with an international mix made the house feel really like home, perfect for a comfortable and affordable holiday.
Laura G. le 20/09/2025Our best getaway in Mallorca : (+) : We have just returned from spending a few days at the house we booked with Mallorca Holiday Properties, and the experience was fantastic.
From the very first moment, we were surprised by how well located the house is: close to the beach, the town and with easy access to everything we needed to enjoy ourselves without any complications.
The host deserves a 10/10: he was very friendly, attentive and gave us lots of local recommendations — bars, restaurants, cafés, places to visit — which really made a difference. Thanks to his advice, we discovered delicious places to eat, beautiful spots nearby, and were able to enjoy Mallorca as if we were locals.
If you are looking for a well-located place with a good atmosphere and an attentive host who will help you make the most of your holiday, I recommend it without hesitation. We came back delighted and eager to return.

James le 22/07/2024Villa Fonte : (+) : We had a fantastic time at Villa Fonte. Katya was very helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had, and even organised our transfers. We had four teenagers so the location was amazing. 5 mins to the beach and shops, the supermarket was 2 mins away and a short walk to the marina and all the restaurants meant that everyone was kept happy. Although it is on a street the house is very quiet and the swimming pool was very clean and a great place to cool down. A wonderful spot and I would recommend it.
Traduire cet avis ?Tindra le 18/10/2023Fantastisk hus i sentrum av Puerto Pollensa : (+) : Vi har hatt et kjempefint opphold her i Puerto Pollensa, Villa Fonte var perfekt for oss, en familie med tre voksne og to barn. Kjempenært både til stranda og alt av restaurantliv og sjarmerende små butikker, passer perfekt for oss som reiste med ei på 4 og en på 8. Selve huset er kjempefint, uteområdet med svømmebasseng og grill har blitt flittig brukt av oss. Vi tok både frokost og middager på kveldene der ute, så koselig! Topp med ping-pong bord, både små og store hadde mye morro med det! Alt var rent og fint, topp standard.
Da vi ankom ble vi møtt av en ansatt i Mallorca Holiday Properties som gjorde sjekk-inn med oss og gav oss endel råd og tips om ting å se i området, aktiviteter som passer for oss som barnefamilie, restaurantanbefalinger. Det kom veldig godt med. Takk for oss for i år! Neste år kommer vi tilbake!
Mathew le 03/10/2023A great discovery in Puerto Pollensa : (+) : The house is perfect, my parents, my partner, myself and my son were there and we had a great time.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped and the bedrooms spacious too. Although in my opinion the best part of the house is the pool and barbecue area, we spent most of our time there enjoying the food, swimming and sunbathing.
Another very important point is the location, only 100m from the beach, it is also located in a main street where there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Lovely villa to spend a perfect holiday.
