The interior of the villa is designed to ensure maximum comfort and cosiness. Guests can enjoy a double bedroom equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a wardrobe, bench, bedside tables, dresser and fan. The living room is spacious and accommodates a comfortable sofa bed for two, with the possibility of adding an extra bed if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and a variety of utensils. Facilities include a bathroom with shower and solar panel, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the lounge, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The outside of the cottage is a true paradise for those who enjoy spending time outdoors. The veranda, which is always breezy, is equipped with a rocking chair, sun loungers, and a table and chairs for enjoying moments of relaxation or meals outdoors. The outdoor shower with hot water is ideal for cooling off after a day spent by the pool, where there are also comfortable armchairs. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Please note that, out of respect for the animals present (a dog and some cats), no other pets are allowed.

A car is needed to get around and reach the nearest amenities, such as the Lo Zodiaco shopping centre 3 km away and the nearest restaurant-pizzeria 3 km away. However, in just 10 minutes by car you can reach the enchanting beaches of Anzio and Nettuno or your favourite restaurant to enjoy the local cuisine. Furthermore, the proximity to the train station (5 min by car) makes trips to Rome to immerse yourself in the history and culture of the eternal city convenient.
