Beautiful and cozy villa located in the seaside area of Donnalucata, just 100 meters from the sandy beach and 1 km from the seaside village of Donnalucata. The villa, built in 2015, has two bright double bedrooms, a bathroom and a comfortable living room with attached kitchen in which we find a sofa bed to accommodate two more people. Outside there is a beautiful and cool gazebo for summer lunches and dinners and a swimming pool for private use with Jacuzzi and solarium area. Complete everything, the relaxing and suggestive Finnish sauna to alternate your days at sea with the maximum of wellness!

Donnalucata is an enchanting place that has inspired many writers, painters and authors.
Here the landscape is colored white because of the limestone that draws everything.
Here you can breathe the scent of the sea and here you can enjoy some of the wonderful sunsets you have seen.
That's why the painter Guccione painted some of his masterpieces right here in Donnalucata, where the sea and the sky come together like a universal embrace.
In Donnalucata there is the most famous outdoor fish market in this area and from here you can also take the ferry to Malta.
A few kilometers away is the wonderful Scicli (3 km), in baroque style for UNESCO.
Scicli is located inside a canyon and is surrounded by three hills that you can walk to the top, walking along the narrow streets of the city: the real Sicily!
Scicli is the main place of the famous fiction Inspector Montalbano and this because here you can have a real taste of Sicily.
Ragusa Hybla (wonderful!) and Modica (both in Unesco baroque style) are 15 km away.
In Modica do not forget to taste its special chocolate, made for centuries by the people of Modica.
Near Donnalucata there is the natural reserve of the river Irminio (2 km) and further on, in Marina di Ragusa, a beautiful position on the sea.
If you love adventure, nature and archaeology, here is the Cava d'Ispica, a 13 km long canyon full of surprises.
Syracuse (Unesco), the strongest city of the past (V BC) lasts 70 km.
A paradise: Vendicari (40 km), birds, Greeks, Byzantines, Romans and beaches!
