The "Plava voda Luxury Villas" have been created in a small resort of 4 properties in an interplay of modern and traditional architecture with an elegant design. Hand-carved stones set into the retaining walls of the plot and an energy-efficient building with large glass surfaces create an excellent mix.
Situated in a secluded bay of Vinisce not far from the centres of Marina and Trogir where a high level of intimacy and tranquillity is guaranteed. The villas, built on a steep slope, offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the offshore islands. The resort's own staircase leads directly to the natural stone beach with crystal-clear water just a few steps away.
On the terrace, raised tiles provide non-slip safety, especially for children when walking. A heated L-shaped pool invites you to enjoy a pleasant swim even in the low season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching lounge furniture invite you to chill out and sunbathe. An outdoor shower by the pool and a built-in barbecue with equipment mean you can sit happily in the shady corner of the terrace and enjoy the fantastic view in the evening.
The house was built on 2 levels with an internal staircase in the centre. On the ground floor a wide and open space with a cosy living room corner, spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Including extended picture and sound package. Behind this is a guest room with a sofa bed which can also be used as a study or playroom and its own access to the terrace. Next to it is a guest WC and the boiler room with storage space and washing machine/dryer. The upper floor is divided into 3 en suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Each room has a king-size double bed which can be converted into two single beds if required. You can enjoy an open sea view from every corner, even from your bed. The functional bathrooms all have a shower with WC and washbasin.
The villas are accessed via a somewhat narrow gravelled road and a steep driveway. 1-2 cars can be parked safely in the private carport behind the house.
The small centre of Vinisce with a few local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the local pebble beach can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. Marina is about 15 minutes away and Trogir about 30 minutes.
