Villa catalane moderne pour 9 personnes avec piscine privée eau salée (5,5×10,5m) et terrasse de 250m². À 8km de la plage, cuisine équipée et 4 chambres avec vues sur les collines.
Cette villa catalane allie modernité et sérénité, nichée dans les collines de la région de Barcelone. Quatre chambres accueillent 9 personnes : une chambre double au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse, une chambre pour 2 avec lits simple et supplémentaire, une pour 3 avec lits superposé et simple, et une quatrième avec lit double, salle de bain privée et accès terrasse.
La cuisine entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière) permet de préparer vos repas. La salle à manger dispose d'une télévision et lecteur DVD. La terrasse de 250m² invite à la détente avec chaises longues, hamacs et barbecue pour savourer les spécialités espagnoles au coucher de soleil.
La piscine privée eau salée (5,5×10,5m, profondeur 0,8-1,6m) est clôturée et entourée d'un jardin aménagé. Internet, chauffage, parking privé et lave-linge complètent le confort. À 8km de la plage, 4,3km du supermarché et 50km de Barcelone.
Christina le 16/08/2026Ein wundervolles Haus : (+) : Das gemietete Haus ist wirklich wunderschön- die Fotos lügen nicht. Tolle Ausstattung, gute Betten, und eine Aussicht- wunderschön. der Service von Catalunya Casa ist toll, per E-Mail/ WhatsApp- schnell und lösungsorientiert!!!
(-) : Wir sind mit unserem Auto die Einfahrt gar nicht hochgekommen, dieser „ Aufstieg“ ist mit vollen Taschen und Koffern nur was für sportliche Leute. Das könnte man vielleicht nochmal extra erwähnen.
Dafür hat man natürlich den super- Ausblick!!!
Cathy le 13/07/2026Nice villa with a large pool. Beautiful views : (+) : The views were beautiful. The master bedroom was a good size and the large balcony off the three upstairs bedrooms were very nice. The villa was very clean.
(-) : There were only five sun loungers at the pool and one umbrella for shade, this was not suitable for a group our size, seven adults.
Everdina J. le 05/07/2026Heerlijk : (+) : Super comfortabel huis. We hebben genoten van de ruime woning met fantastisch uitzicht en het heerlijke zwembad. Heel fijn dat Catalunyacasas super snel reageert en handelt bij vragen. Echt heel goed en ik beveel ze ten zeerste aan. Wij kijken terug op een heerlijke week!
(-) : Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud in de badkamers en het zou wat schoner kunnen. Geen probleem, maar kan beter. De schuifdeur van de keuken mag je niet gebruiken, dus zou gemaakt moeten worden. Enkele stoeltjes van de eettafel buiten zijn aan vervanging toe.

Overall the villa was clean and very well equipped.
I would 100% recommend to stay there.
By the way Catalunya Casas' team was on top ! Very easy to reach them, and quick answers.
(-) : Adding some pictures of the sea view would be an interesting feature.

Traduire cet avis ? le 16/07/2022La villa muy cómoda te sientes como en casa : (+) : La villa muy cómoda te sientes como en casa , te ayudan en todo puedes llamar y te resuelven cualquier problema con la reserva han sido muy comprensivos y no ha habido ninguna complicación lo hemos pasado muy bien la piscina muy cómoda , lo único malo que los mandos no tenían pilas 😂 y que la casa tenía cosas en un estado no tan perfecto pero se sentía como en casa e ibas más cómodo , todo bien ,en la habitación suite no salía agua caliente solo eso pero el agua está buena , recomiendo la casa

PRO
- Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter
- Super Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe usw.
- Tolle Villa mit sehr viel Platz, super Pool und Einrichtung.
- Grosser Kühlschrank
- atemberaubende Aussicht, mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar
KONTRA
- Alte Bilder im Internet, es fehlen der Pavillon und das Sofa auf der Terrasse, kein Tischkicker im Kinderzimmer wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird.
- Einige Sicherheits Mängel innen und aussen. Morsche Geländer Balken, die eigentlich zum absichern der Abgründe dienen. Loser Deckel im Pool, man kann mit dem Fuss dort stecken bleiben, Handlauf im Pool abgebrochen usw.

Traduire cet avis ? le 13/07/2019(+) : Amazing place. The house was pure luxury. Allthough there was a couple of issues. No bedlinnen was to be found anywhere in the house even though I payed 30 euros for it. So we needed to go to Calella to buy our own.
There was ants in every room of the house. And lots of them. Maybe you should consider ant trapspoison to make Them stay out of the house.
There was a lot of dirty dishes, pans in the dishwasher. It had not been run when we arrived.
Pool light didnt work.
The bathroom floors had an angle so that the water ran out of the shower and made the whole bathrooms wet. Im mentioning this as a tip for the owner as water can make huge damage in the long run.
In the description it was said "a few kilometers from the beach" Reality was 17 km from the beach. In my opinion its not really accurate to write "a few".
There was no equipment for cleaning the dishes, whiping table surfaces etc. We needed to buy that ourselves
Other than that it was amazing. Amazing view, awesome kitchen, amazing rooms. In general really Nice but also with some issues as mentioned.
I will of course do a top rating for you but I think you should make a solution for the mentioned problems for future guests :)

La casa ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas, casa totalmente equipadas, hemos disfrutado mucho con las zonas de terraza. Aunque cabe mencionar que la casa no se encontraba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza a nuestra llegada, muchas cosas no estaban limpias como cojines del sofa, fundas de sillas y rellenos de fundas nórdicas. Me gustaría haceros esta recomendación ya que las condiciones de limpieza son muy importantes para los huéspedes y debería estar en perfectas condiciones. Igualmente muchas gracias por ofrecernos esta oportunidad de poder disfrutar de una de estas mágnificas villas en Catalunya. Saludos. Georgina

Traduire cet avis ? le 06/05/2019(+) : We booked this villa for a weekend away, to relax and enjoy time with friends and it couldn't have been a better location. Nestled in the mountains above Sant Pol de Mar overlooking the sea, it's a very picturesque setting.
The house is large, full of natural light, with a beautiful pool/bbq area as well as two terraces. Plenty of space both outdoors and inside for relaxing, cooking meals and enjoying good weather.
It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, a very clean and modern property.
le 29/04/2019(+) : We had a brilliant time at Villa Mestral, the villa is exceptional. Unfortunately the weather was not great when we were there but this meant we got to make use of the villas facilities. I would recommend anyone booking here to rent a car as it at least 1hr walk to the nearest town and taxis are not in abundance. Check in was easy and efficient. I would recommend any groups/families to stay here if you want some quiet, relaxation in a beautiful setting.
