Villa de charme avec piscine privée 6x4m à 15 min à pied de Puerto Pollensa. 3 chambres spacieuses, clim, barbecue en briques et terrasses ombragées. Vue sur la Sierra de Tramuntana.
Cette villa de 3 chambres combine confort et authenticité avec une piscine privée de 6x4m (profondeur 1,2 à 2m) et un barbecue en briques. L'intérieur s'articule autour d'un salon avec canapés, cheminée ornementale et accès à une terrasse couverte, ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée de tous les appareils modernes (four, plaque gaz, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge) reliée à une seconde salle à manger.
Les trois chambres offrent un vrai confort : une chambre double avec portes patio, deux chambres à lits individuels, toutes climatisées. À l'extérieur, terrasses partiellement couvertes avec coin repas ombragé, espace détente et jardins clôturés assurant l'intimité. Parking privé hors route complète l'équipement.
Situation stratégique : la plage et les restaurants de Puerto Pollensa sont à 15 min à pied ; Pollensa avec ses ruelles pavées et son église du Calvari à 10 min. WiFi gratuit. Climatisation contrôlée selon horaires définis. Lits de voyage et chaises hautes disponibles gratuitement sur demande.

(-) : The street number of the property is given as 70 but in reality it is 12. This caused us problems when we arrived as we were not sure where the villa was!

(-) : Access to the roof area would be good for nighttime.

Anja le 28/04/2022Super Haus : (+) : Das Haus bietet genügend Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Leider sind grundlegende Sachen wie Salz Zucker Mehl usw nicht vorhanden.
Der Billardtisch gefiel besonders den Kindern.
(-) : Leider funktioniert die Heizung nur für 2 mal 1 Stunde am Tag. Im April was es im Haus ziemlich frisch. Für diese Zeit wären auch dickere Bettdecken schön gewesen.

A 10 minute walk to Pollenca waterfront. The team at Easyvillas were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests.

Graeme le 11/04/2022Exceelent stay in very good location : (+) : Good size villa with plenty of space. Two showers and bathrooms was good. Good size outside space with very good pool. Good location, just 10 minutes walk to beach. Small supermarket just top of the road for all the basics.
Traduire cet avis ?Anne le 22/06/2021Very nice villa with pool : (+) : Spacious villa, very clean with a really nice and clean pool. 800m walking to the beach in quiet 'villa' neighbourhood. Port the Pollenca is a very nice village, not too touristic. We had a great holiday in this very nice house! Very much recommend.
(-) : It would have been easier if the house had some basic groceries such as garbagebin sacks, dishwasher soap, dishwasher brush, salt/pepper, BBQ coals. Now we left a lot behind but had to buy all these things ourselves. One airconditioning unit of three did not work however we told the owner that was no problem for us, it was repaired immediately after our stay. Times of the airconditioning does not correspond to the ones mentioned in the booking (for example started at 10pm, a bit earlier would have been nice for the children) information said 8pm-8am.

magnifique villa .Tout était très propre, situation dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.
Il y a de très belles plages aux alentours surtout celle d'
Alcudia, restaurants aux alentours et commerces.
très bonne literie tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente
bien. Je recommande vivement cette location.
