Villa de plain-pied lumineuse avec piscine privée (6×3 m), vue montagne et jardin clôturé. 2 chambres, climatisation, cuisine équipée, à 650 m du centre et près des commerces.
Villa de plain-pied d'environ 70 m² bénéficiant d'une luminosité naturelle généreuse et d'une vue dégagée sur la montagne. L'espace de vie comprend une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, presse-agrumes), 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains, climatisation en salon et chambres, et Smart TV.
La piscine privée (6×3 m, profondeur 1,2-1,3 m) est accessible de mi-mars à mi-novembre. La terrasse et le jardin clôturé offrent espaces détente et barbecue. Lave-linge, Wi-Fi, parking extérieur et coffre-fort complètent les équipements.
Emplacement stratégique : à 150 m de l'arrêt de bus, 500 m des supermarchés Lidl et Eroski, 650 m du centre de Pollença. Puerto Pollença, plages (Cala Sant Vicente, Puerto Pollença) et golf se trouvent à 5-6 km. Un lit bébé et chaise haute sont inclus.
Kerstin le 04/05/2026Ein super schöner Aufenthalt : (+) : Uns hat besonders die Lage zu Pollença gefallen (mit dem kleinen Haken der im Garten zu hörenden Hauptstraße) und dass man den Pool und den Garten für sich ganz allein hat. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Sie könnten in Ihrer Beschreibung noch angeben, dass es eine zusätzliche Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine für "Nespresso"-Kapseln gibt. Der Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel war sehr angenehm. Der Poolreiniger kam auch regelmäßig.
(-) : Bitte geben Sie in Ihrer Beschreibung den Hinweis, dass man ohne weitere Kabel und Streamingdienste keine deutschen Sender auf dem TV empfangen kann, und nehmen Sie in Ihrer Infomappe im Haus den Hinweis auf den Satellitenempfang heraus.
Susanne le 27/10/2025Empfehlenswert : (+) : Der Service war einfach toll. Alle 2 Tage wurde der Pool gecheckt und gereinigt. Der Handtuchwechsel plus Reinigung nach 4 Tagen war super. Die Küchenutensilien, das frische Wasser und die Auswahl an Kaffee Kapseln und Tee zur Ankunft waren eine tolle Überraschung. So einen Service hatten wir bei anderen Unternehmen noch nie.
Traduire cet avis ?Martin le 14/10/2025Schönes Ferienhaus : (+) : Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe und der schöne Ort Polensa ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte Kontakt und sehr guter Service!
Traduire cet avis ?Nina le 18/08/2025Villa La Sort 140 : (+) : Süßes Haus mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt und dazu noch der tolle Pool. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel waren spitze und die nahe Straße hat uns absolut nicht gestört.
(-) : Der Sichtschutz zur Straße könnte mal erneuert werden.
Andrew le 04/08/2025Very enjoyable holiday at this villa : (+) : Excellent location, compact but nice pool, clean villa. Close to a main road which was noisy but this didn’t bother us and is the trade off for a convenient location. Luis at Dreamvillas was very helpful
(-) : More glasses and bowls etc would reduce the number of times the dishwasher has to be useful. A lock on the front gate might improve the sense of security.
Justin le 30/05/2025Perfect Spot! : (+) : We chose this house because of its location and description and size. It was exactly as described and was perfect for the two of us. Being able to walk into the lovely town of Pollenca in just 10 mins is brilliant and with bus stops outside if you do chose to use public transport it’s great for that too.
The pool area is great with very good loungers and the sitting area under the vine is perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and lounge area comfortable. We used the BBQ a few times and it was very handy and placed in a good spot.
We had a car and the driveway was easy and parking plentiful. Wi-Fi and TV was good if you use them.
We had a few questions about the villa during our stay and we found the Dream Villa team very responsive via WhatsApp which is a really effective way of support.
