Grand duplex pour 6 personnes avec balcon exposé sud-ouest et vue plongeante sur la vallée de Morzine. Cuisine équipée, salle de bain, WIFI. Ménage de fin de séjour inclus en hiver.
Ce duplex spacieux s'organise sur deux niveaux pour accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée réunit un salon avec canapé convertible (140×190), une salle à manger et une cuisine toute équipée (plaques vitro, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, appareil à fondue), avec accès direct au balcon exposé sud-ouest. Un WC indépendant complète cet étage.
L'étage supérieur propose une chambre avec lit double (140×190) et un coin nuit avec 2 lits superposés (80×190), ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec baignoire. Couettes, oreillers et alèses sont fournis. La connexion WIFI et une télévision écran plat assurent le confort. Le balcon offre une vue plongeante sur la vallée de Morzine, équipé de 2 transats.
Parfaitement situé à proximité des pistes de ski (0-100 m), du centre-ville et des commerces (101-500 m), ce logement bénéficie d'un ascenseur et d'une entrée privée. Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus en hiver. Linge et serviettes sont en location optionnelle.

Accomodatie enigszins gedateerd. Voor een 6-persoonsappartement was het enigszins krap, met name zitplaatsen (4 stoelen aan eettafel, 5 zitplaatsen in zithoek (bank + 2 fauteuils)

Lauren le 02/01/2026We will return again. We had another beautiful Christmas in Avoriaz : Good set up for our family of three. Right in front of the lifts. Ski in ski out.
The location is a little further from the middle of town but it’s not too bad with the elevator up into the village

We were 4 adults and it was fine but would Not recommend 6. It’s too tight a space for 6 adults sleeping!
* Note - Perfect location for skiing but unfortunately the public lift around the corner was out of order for a few days meaning we were a fair walk around to the shops and restaurants as everything down that end closes early.
Great location at the bottom of the village. Right across from the cable car and a ski lift. Lovely apartment, very cozy and comfortable with everything we needed and Ski in/out.
