Spacieux et lumineux, cet appartement rénové propose 3 chambres, 2 salles de douche, accès au jardin commun avec salon de détente, et 2 places de parking. Wifi inclus.
Situé au premier étage d'une maison sur la route du col de l'Izoard, cet appartement rénové classé 3 étoiles offre tout le confort pour un séjour en famille. Les trois chambres se composent de deux avec lits simples 90×200 cm convertibles en lits doubles, et une avec lit double 160×190 cm. La cuisine équipée ouvre sur un séjour avec accès au balcon, complétée par une buanderie avec lave-linge et deux salles de douche.
L'appartement bénéficie d'un accès au grand jardin commun aménagé avec tables, chaises, parasols et transats pour les repas en plein air. Deux places de parking au pied de la maison facilitent l'accès. Vous profiterez de rangements généreux, du wifi inclus, et d'équipements pratiques : lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, machine à café, barbecue. Les pistes de ski se trouvent à 1,5 à 3 km, et les commerces à proximité (moins d'1 km). Un rack à ski à l'entrée facilite le rangement du matériel.
Robert le 06/09/2026Excellent, spacious and very well-equipped apartment : A very spacious and comfortable apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, complete set of dishes and all the necessary appliances. We especially appreciated the little details, such as a desk and power socket splitters.
The apartment is in a quiet location and has a lovely garden. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back here again in the future!

Byli jsme jezdit na silničních kolech po ikonických kopcích Tour de France a lokalita naprosto předčila očekávání, naprosto úžasné. Sjezdili jsme snad celou Evropu, ale toto bylo naprosto TOP.
Letizia le 03/08/2026Un bellissimo soggiorno in una splendida villa con giardino : Tutto perfetto, l’appartamento molto ampio, accogliente, dotato di ogni dotazione. La pulizia eccezionale. Il giardino molto ben curato e gradevolissimo. Infine i padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

The very nice owners of the property live next door, they met us on arrival and explained how everything worked.
The apartment is superb immaculate clean , we have never stayed in a holiday rental so well equipped!
The location is ideal for exploring the local area ( close to shops bars and restaurants)
You look at photos and read details of a property before you book but they often do not live up to expectations but this property exceeds expectations!

Stepas P. le 22/01/2026Very clean and spacious apartment. Rooms are large, the beds are firm, and there’s plenty of living space. Lovely owners who live nearby showed us around. The agency managing was well organised too. Was great for a week’s holiday. Highly recommended!

Perfect welcome : The owners live next door and are extremely friendly and accommodating. It made us feel very at home. Apartment is very comfortable and was cool inside despite the heatwave outside. Great stay in a great location.

Water levels where a bit down, this was part of the course for the whole region, nothing specific for this apartment. In addition there were only small cups, no big to drink thee or coffee from. Only minor issues as you see.

The location is really good as it is close to the city centre, a supermarket and the ski resort (less than 18 mins away). It had everything we needed and was very cozy. The owners of the house are extremely lovely and made us feel welcome everyday!
