Villa Mauritius is a beautiful holiday villa affording a prime location in Galé, with breath-taking sea views and only 300m from the best golden sandy beaches. Ideal for large families, this charming 5-bedroom property has a spacious garden and pool and is walking distance from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars in the area.
The property has 5 bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor (one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom), with lovely balconies and marvellous sea views; and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional W.C on the ground floor near the kitchen, and another W.C. outside by the pool area.
The family-sized kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a pantry and a large dining table. The main living / dining area is extremely spacious, with 2 separate lounges (one with cable TV), leading out to the garden and pool.
The lower level has all the charm of a vintage wine cellar and makes for a fantastic games room with table tennis and table football.
The south-facing swimming pool is located at the back of the property, surrounded by well-kept gardens and allowing you to relax in the sun throughout the day. The traditional Algarvean covered barbecue allows for meals to be prepared outdoors, to be enjoyed on the spacious terrace overlooking the pool.
Villa Mauritius is in Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. A fantastic golf course is a short drive away and the closest beach (just a 3-minute walk down the road), stretches from Galé to Armação de Pêra, and is the longest stretch of sand in the central Algarve where you can find beach restaurants, water sports activities and more.
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 10 people.
• The 11th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
Pets not allowed.

Dans le cas de l'annulation du contrat par le client, les frais d'annulation seront retenus selon le barème suivant :
Toute annulation doit être notifiée par écrit dans un délai de 3 jours suivant la survenance de l'événement conditionnant l'annulation et ne sera prise en compte qu'à réception du courrier du locataire. Si le locataire prend possession des lieux après la date prévue au contrat ou quitte les lieux avant cette date, il ne pourra prétendre à un remboursement pour la période non courue.
En cas de non présentation du locataire dans les 48 heures suivant la date de début de contrat et en l'absence d'informations complémentaires, le contrat sera annulé de plein droit et la totalité du solde exigée. Annulation du contrat par Locasun : si des circonstances imprévisibles l'exigent, ou si des faits relevant de la force majeure rendent la mise à disposition du logement impossible, Locasun se réserve le droit d'annuler le contrat avant le séjour et de vous proposer une location de remplacement de valeur similaire. Un nouveau contrat est alors établi par écrit. Dans le cas où aucune solution de remplacement ne pourrait être trouvée,
Locasun vous informera par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Vous obtiendrez alors le remboursement immédiat et intégral des sommes déjà versées.
En général, les arrivées pour cette location s’effectuent entre 16h et 19h et les départs autour de 10h. Les horaires seront précisés sur les documents de voyage que vous recevrez après avoir soldé votre réservation.
