Villa Cinema is an exclusive 6-bedroom villa that offers a privileged location in the heart of Albufeira, within walking distance of the best golden sand beaches. This stunning villa, with a capacity for up to 12 + 2 people, has all the special touches that will make your vacation a truly memorable experience: from the large private pool, to the Cinema Room or the complete Gym.

With an incredibly central location, within walking distance of all amenities, Villa Cinema benefits from air conditioning throughout, free WIFI and perfect attention to detail, making it the ideal option for your holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, as well as an additional bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a large terrace with sea view, as well as an additional bathroom.

Also located on the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils you may need to cook at home. The kitchen has a pantry with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The living and dining room is light and airy, with a dining table, comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels and air conditioning. The lovely outdoor space and the excellent swimming pool are accessible through the large glass door in the living room and dining area.

On the lower floor you can enjoy the exclusive cinema room with 2 sofas, a coffee table and equipment for projecting films on the big screen. You will also find on this floor the complete Gym, with fixed bike, abdominal bench, elliptical machine and treadmill, ensuring that you do not compromise your exercise routine during your vacation.

At Villa Cinema you can relax in total luxury, while you are a short walk from a wide range of renowned restaurants and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Algarve, where you can also enjoy water sports activities, as well a short distance away from an excellent golf course.
The city of Albufeira with its colorful marina, the charming Old Town along Praia dos Pescadores and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are minutes away on foot from the property.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Check-out schedule: 10:00


Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.

Prices up to 12 people.
• The 13th and 14th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

Pets not allowed.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

1. Paiement d'un acompte de 30% par carte bancaire uniquement après avoir validé le formulaire de réservation.
2. Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement de l'acompte versé par carte bancaire.
3. Règlement du solde jusqu'à 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée par :
   • Carte bancaire : Visa, Mastercard.
   • Paypal (incluant CB & American Express).
   • Chèques bancaires.
   • Virement.
   • Chèques vacances ANCV.

Pour une réservation effectuée moins de 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée (dernière minute) :

• Paiement de la totalité du séjour par carte bancaire uniquement.
• Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement du montant versé par carte bancaire.
