Villa Marie Luisa is an amazing property, recently remodelled and refurbished, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Albufeira, with stunning views over the sea and just 5 minutes drive from some of the best golden sandy beaches.

This magnificent holiday home also allows you to enjoy the fantastic pool and the games room with snooker, table football and table tennis, providing memorable and fun moments for everyone.

Villa Marie Luisa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 + 2 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the lowere floor there are three bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, one of which is ensuite with two showers.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom with shower and bathtub, ideal for relaxing.

The spacious and bright living room, overlooking the colourful Albufeira Marina and the stunning sea views will certainly be your favourite place to relax. The imposing glass doors give access to the outside area where you can sip a relaxing drink while enjoying the magnificent view.

The elegant reading room, located on the first floor, has strategically placed windows to enjoy the view during your reading break.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with direct access to a modern dining room. The laundry room is located on the ground floor of the property.
One of the highlights of this property is the fabulous outdoor terrace and pool area with stunning sea views. Outside you will find a brick barbecue and a support kitchen, where you can prepare your delicious meals during your holidays.
Villa Marie Luisa has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access.

All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes away by car, providing an excellent choice for a day out.
The town of Albufeira and its colourful marina, charming old town, the famous Fisherman’s Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, all located within a 10-minute drive.
This property will certainly be a great choice for a wonderful vacation.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Acceptance of groups subject to consultation.

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 10 people.
Its is possible to accommodate one more adult and 1 baby.
The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed ( €91, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

2. Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement de l'acompte versé par carte bancaire.
3. Règlement du solde jusqu'à 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée par :
   • Carte bancaire : Visa, Mastercard.
   • Paypal (incluant CB & American Express).
   • Chèques bancaires.
   • Virement.
   • Chèques vacances ANCV.

Pour une réservation effectuée moins de 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée (dernière minute) :

• Paiement de la totalité du séjour par carte bancaire uniquement.
• Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement du montant versé par carte bancaire.
